Refund Policy

01The guarantee

Train with The Academy Method for up to 14 days after you buy. If you put in the work and decide it’s not for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price.

We review each request by hand. Every honest request made within 14 days is approved. We may decline requests that show abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund orders or shared accounts.

02How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. Include your order number if you have it.

Tell us in one or two lines what you tried and why it wasn’t a fit. It’s not a test. It helps us make the program better.

03What happens next

• We reply within 2 business days.
• The refund goes back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our seller of record.
• Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show it.

04Your account after a refund

When the refund is issued, access to the program closes automatically. Your free account, profile and training streak stay, unless you ask us to delete them or delete the account yourself.

05After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are final, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged twice or had a technical problem, contact us anytime and we will fix it or refund the extra charge.

06Please talk to us first

If something is wrong, email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer fast, and it’s the quickest way to get your money back.
